Globemax is not a bank, payment institution, or electronic money institution.

We do not:

  • Hold customer funds
  • Transfer money directly
  • Provide regulated financial services ourselves

All regulated financial activities are carried out by licensed financial institutions and EMI partners authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
